- Kody took and GRE for graduate school and did GREAT! I was so proud of him and he was pretty pleased himself :) We celebrated by ordering pizza and renting a movie. And I may have hung a little sign on our door for him saying "GOOD JOB!" (A flashback to my childhood of making signs and hanging them all over the house to welcome a family member back home if they were gone for a long time).
- I didn't feel like making dinner one night, so I decided to make homemade pizza. I had a new crust recipe from Martha Stewart's "Living" magazine that I wanted to try. But little did I know that when I skimmed the recipe to see if it required time for the dough to rise, I missed the "let rise for THREE hours part." So below you will see my four loaves of pizza dough rising for three hours and the pizza that we ended up eating which required no time to rise.
Now we have lots of pizza dough in the freezer and my "quick" meal of homemade pizza ended up taking as long as any other meal would have!
- We got a letter in the mail from our heath insurance saying that it's going up almost $40 per month! Argh! But then the next day we got a call from our insurance representative and he found us a plan that is better than our current one, for $10 less!! Yay!
- And now for the best one of all -
KODY IS DONE WITH HIS UNDERGRADUATE CAREER!!!!
Yesterday he finished up all his classes with one last test.
He got all A's this semester!!
He got all A's this semester!!
And this is how he got to celebrate:

With a lot of candy, some cupcakes and frosting!
While playing his new video game - Resident Evil

Kody and Mike should play together. If only we lived close enough so that they could and we could go do something fun, too! By the way, I definitely recommend making the pizza dough that Michelle made for us all the time. Mike and I have been making homemade pizza about once a week for the past few months, and it's yummy and easy and requires NO rising time! I'll give you the recipe if you want. :)
